I changed the rear brake pads on my Blazer and I had a burning smell coming from one side when i drove to work this morning. Would that mean the caliber is sticking? What should I do?

Yes, I would check the caliper.

Jack up the car and take the wheel off. Have an someone push the brake pedal down while you carefully watch the piston when the pedal is released. It's the soft piston seal reforming itself to square that draws the piston back slightly.
You could also pull the caliper back off and push on the piston, it should move freely.

What year vehicle?
I am assuming fairly new because you indicate it has rear disc brakes.
There are several possibilities .... you could have gotten a contaminate on the pads when you installed them .... oil, grease, disc quiet .... anything .... and now it is burning of. If this is the case it will be fine.
It is fairly unlikely that the caliper is actually "sticking". I say this because you would have had to of moved the piston when you installed the new pads. How did you do this ....? Use a screw driver and pry or use a c-clamp? I have never, ever seen a piston that would move "freely" just by pushing on it with my hands.
Jack up that wheel and see if it spins freely. Some contact is normal ..... but if you cant budge it then yes, it is stuck.

Release pressure from the caliper and it should move freely.

I'm not sure. I took the pins out and sprayed break cleaner in the holes where the go and lubed them up good. They still smelled a little bit when i drove this morning but I am hoping it is fixed. The caliber sure went on easier.

Dontcha know you're supposed to push the caliper (not caliber! ) back in when you install the new pads? I only ask this because I've done it before, but you are sure you didn't have the parking brake on while you were driving, right? ;D

Seems to be driving better but I am still getting some burning.

Seriously, on the parking brake- have you used it since you replaced the pads? I can't use the parking brake on my truck because it sticks. If I were to use it, every time I wanted to release it I'd have to crawl under the truck and beat the lever arm back into place with a hammer. Simply pulling the handle in the cab just doesn't work...
If you have used your parking brake since you replaced the pads, make sure it isn't sticking. If you haven't used it, at least try to narrow down whether it's one side or the other, and if it's only one side, chances are you have a caliper piston sticking in the bore and the caliper needs to be replaced. Drive it for a couple of miles then see which wheel is hotter than the other.
