Does anyone use these for hunting or fishing? This table is always found in Indiana Game and Fish Magazine. I am curious to know how accurate these lunar tables are in relation to feeding activity. Any thoughts?

I don't really use them, but out of curiousity have looked at them and the times when I was out hunting and it said it should be a good time,I didn't notice any difference. So I personally don't believe in it.I do know of some guys that say it works good for fishing though, and I've never tried it for that.

I look @ them, but I do not base my hunting & fishing on them. I pay more attention to the weather fronts & wind direction. I always figured that wildlife have pretty much of a daily routine & they make daily adjustments to the weather & human intrusion in relation to food, water, & reproduction.

Same here , and I've had plenty of times when the lunar phase said that there would be game moving and not seen a thing . Watch for a moving barometer , that gets them going better than anything I've seen except the rut itself .

I found this thread on Mr. Google while searching for this years feeding time charts. I thought I'd bring it back to life just to let you know my experience with the chart. I started last year using Barnett's chart....when comparing it to my hunting experience and my trailcam photos, it's a very accurate indicator; as well as a slightly lowering of the barometer (nothing that triggers a front, just a slight lowering). Last year's hunt was very successful with 4 deer taken during the season, so I'm going to be utilizing the chart again this year.
