Anybody apply for their CCW permit in Kosciusko County?
What is their procedure? Cost?
Thanks!

Should be the same procedure as every other county:
Go to your local Sherrif's office & pick up the form. Take it home and fill it out.
The form will tell you how much $$$ you need to bring - some in cash and some in a MO.
Come back to the SO when they are open for fingerprinting. Turn in your paperwork, get printed, and wait until the sun explodes.
You should get your license in the mail sometime before then.

Suggestion - Pay the extra money and get a lifetime license..

How soon before a license expires can a new one be applied for?
IOW- my license expires next year in November, can I apply for a new one in May (6 months) or the end of September (6 weeks)?

IIRC (from mine) no sooner than 6 months. If you are "upgrading" it might actually take that long to get the new one.
You will still be covered even if the old one expires while the new one is processing, but still...

Just an update on this...
I mailed off all of my paper work in 12/20 or 21... I forget which.
I got my license in the mail today. About 44 days or so in there. With some of them being weekends and holidays (Christmas, New Years, MLK).
