This is a tragic accident for sure but please tell me why this child’s accidental death makes the MSNBC web page and others don’t?
Children are killed accidentally every day and not one makes the MSNBC web page except one that was an accidental gun death.
Anti-gun bias? You bet it is...
Police: Boy, 12, Dies After Accidental Shooting
Click2Houston.com 8:32 a.m. CDT May 21, 2007
HOUSTON - A 12-year-old boy died when he was accidentally shot in his northwest Houston home, KPRC Local 2 reported Sunday. Houston police said Robert Clayton, the boy's 17-year-old brother, grabbed a towel when he went to take a shower at their home on Hialeah Drive near Antoine Drive at about 10 p.m. Saturday.
A gun fell out of the towel and Clayton set it on a desk, police said. The gun went off and a bullet struck Matthew Clayton in the face and neck, police said.
Matthew was transported to Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital, where he died.

Not to mention the pure stupidity at play here. A loaded gun just chillin on a desk under a towel? The parents shouldn't be able to live without some sort of supervisory power around as it is.
More idiots ruining it for everyone else...
A license to have children really would fix alot of this...

First, let me off my sympathy to the family members. Tragic however it happened. Now the report . . So the gun fell out of a towel, was placed on a desk, and THEN went off, striking the other kid in the face? It did not go off when dropped. It did not go off while being picked up. It went off while it was sitting on a desk . . . .? Nope, ain't buying it. There are some details missing here. And please stop with these conspiracy theories concerning MSNBC. I mean, we all know they are not anti gun or anything. They are simply a media outlet, and only post those things they see as GOOD for us to be made aware of. I mean, everyone knows we would be so much safer if we didn't have guns in the home. . . . Its not like they actually leave things out to make their position look more credible. . . . . ;D nawwwww. . . . no way
