I'm having problems finding millet seeds for my dove plot. I would like brown top but any millet would do. Anyone know where I could buy some around the Lafayette, Indy area? Time is running short for me.

I do not have a dove plot however, I always till up a spot at the back of my yard next to my wildflower area and spread 25lbs of regular birdseed on the ground with a spreader. I get millet, black oil sunflower, and safflower to grow it is great if you are a bird watcher and saves a little on the feeding costs in the fall. Might try a farm co-op or your local extension office they should be able to tell you where you can purchase what you are looking for... good luck

Go to your nearest feed mill and ask for white proso millet, if they don't have it, tell them to order it from Ciscoe Seed. They have a 1-800 number, can't remember it though.
