I agree. NBC caught a lot guff by airing parts of his video. Who really wants to hear that "why I did it" crap? Just knowing he was a nut case is enough for me. .

Ditto. Now, was it just me, or was his video very similar to what you see on a lot of rap video's?

I agree. The reason we have copy cats at all is because of the media building these people up to rock star status. We would be better off totally in the dark versus the crap we are fed nightly on the news.

They should have, the way they plastered it all over the place and gave him recognition when the victims of the attack went unrecognized in comparison. I, of course, was interested to hear what was said in the video because of my clinical psych background, but hearing it once was fine for me, and I didn't need to see the video to know about its contents. I feel badly for the parents who are dealing with another "blow" as a result of this guy's "manifesto" being aired... A good article is -- news.yahoo.com/s/ap/virginia_tech_one_parent;_ylt=AieqS2x5FtZRk_r69Qd4V8Cs0NUELet's give the glory and recognition to those who deserve it--the innocent who died bravely at the hands of this murderer...

I wont be watching the news for quite some time. What else can be said that hasn't already been said. Enough is enough.

Yeah, they should have never aired 1 sec of it. Yeah again; enough of talking about this nut case.

Here's a really interesting article and interview with a survivor of a 1997 school shooting. I agree that bullying is wrong and in a perfect world should not happen, as the torment and pain those who are bullied experience every day should not have to be endured by anyone and can be a contributing factor to incidents such as this. I also liked how she didn't immediately blame guns for the behavior of those who act violently in the interview. hotzone.yahoo.com/b/hotzone/blogs29856;_ylt=ArPYCk0ubY.5YiHEvH4_2xys0NUE

It is good that we receive timely "limited info" of this type of thing, but making this clown a maurder for the sickos in our society is disgusting. Lord help the families of this terrible incident.
