Everyone of you, just like me loves to hunt and fish. I am trying for the 2nd year to get ONLY Indiana hunters to this show. We're not huge, and never will be. Please help us get the word out. Come to the Southern Outdoor Classic in Greensburg,Sept 28-29. We need people to talk turkey, deer, varment etc. Hunting related things for the kids, ( we need to help them to learn about the outdoors ). I'm not here for the money, if I was I would have quit last year, when we lost money. I know there are a lot of you with connections or things that you can do to help educate all of us. We have plenty of booth space, our booth money goes to advertising the show. I hunt and my son hunts, Ijust want a show, that is Ours, for all of us right here in Indiana. ATV people, 4 x 4 people, deer rattling, you name it. We have some of the best hunting and fishing anywere. If we could get just half of everybody that visits this website, it would be a great show. I'm asking please help us get the word out. Look at some of the photos from last year and the HEROES TRUCK. See our website at www.visitgreensburg.com For anyone that has ideas or wants to help, please do so. I truly mean this is for everyone in Indiana. Please don't respond with any smart aleck answers. We're trying hard to keep Indiana hunting and fishing alive, and all of us who hunts united. I never want to see our hunting rights taken away. If you love to hunt and fish like we do, help us please.

ironskillet, I can't help thinking that the scheduling might be your biggest problem.
Many of us will be out west, some will be hanging stands or setting up blinds or clearing shooting lanes or just scouting, some will be hunting urban areas. Many archery clubs are holding their annual bowhunter big fall shoot events that weekend, as well. Pretty tough weekend for any event to draw hunters away from either their own last-minute pre-season preparations or or their local clubs' big fall event.
From a marketing standpoint, it also seems pretty late in the year to sell much to the bowhunters. Probably still not a bad time for selling things needed by those who gun hunt, but even they may have done most of their shopping before that date.
Good luck with it, but I bet it would draw more hunters if it were a month earlier.
