All pay here is half of what California is, but so is cost of living.

Rural King has a sale on Henry 410 leverguns. $799.00 BUT you may want to check on the 410 Turkey rounds first. All the 410 Levers I know of have 2-1/2" chambers. I am not sure what the Hevi-Shot shells are loaded in, 2-1/2 or 3". I'm not looking for one to hunt with, just teach with. I actually have a few tools that I've never shot that were bought for class tools. Unfortunately, my class tools budget isn't unlimited.

For my fall (deer season) Hunter Ed classes I take teaching tools suitable for deer. I have at least one of every action in an Indiana deer legal teaching tool. For my spring (turkey season) classes I take turkey legal tools. Unfortunately, I am lacking a turkey suitable tool in a lever action. I have found a few online, but they seem to be $700 and up.
Does anybody know of a lever action turkey suitable teaching tool at a lower price range?

Probably not.
They caused a few people who think they are important to throw a fit, they caused some people to complain to their friends, and they caused some people to change what they drink. That's about it.

Went to the dentist for my every six months teeth cleaning. Momma does all the check writing so she goes to the counter afterwards to pay. I've never really known how much it costs to clean my teeth and have the dentist come in for two minutes to look in my mouth. This time I did ask her what did that cost? She told me it as $172. WHAT? Thats nuts for no more than they did. I told them to put me down for a yearly cleaning from now on. They kind of balked at that so we ended up compromising on 9 months. What do you all pay for teeth cleaning? Honestly, not a clue, my insurance covers it completely. You have just exposed one HUGE issue I see with Medicare. WHY is there different levels of Medicare, or different plans, and WHY isn't dental and prescription coverage part of basic Medicare? Medicare taxes are paid during a person's entire working life. Medicare should cover everything and not cost at all.

Did anybody see the aerial photo the DNR released yesterday? It's simply scary the damage it shows, and a direct hit on the campground. I don't use any type of photo sharing, so I can't post it. There is also a drone video. I saw it on the Weather Channel app. I saw that this morning

With the new Amish community about 2 miles down the road, I wonder if they will pool their money for a hunting area? No need for electric and there is already a shelter to have lunch and tie off the horses.

Access looks interesting at best… It dies say owned access and not just an easement. That makes a huge difference

We were driving back from FL and all hell broke loose on us as we got to Franklin. I had heard it was supposed to be windy with some storms around, but had no idea the severity. To make a long story short, we had to shelter in the truck up against the leeward side of a gas station building under the canopy. I wanted to get to the hospital that was about 0.5 mile away, but couldn't make it. I could barely get off 31. Heading to a ditch was a no-go due to overhead power lines. The lightning lit up the sky a color of green I've never seen before. The NWS came over the radio and said a confirmed tornado had touched down in Franklin and was moving east at 60 mph. Turns out we were between the two tornadoes that hit Johnson County. Luckily we had no damage or injuries, although the power was our between Franklin and White River, with debris on the road and a couple of trees down on the east bound lane of 144. I can't say my brother's baby momma/my niece's mom was so lucky. They live in Sullivan, and there house was destroyed. The had trouble getting out of the basement because of the debris. Glad all involved are okay. That color of green is something you will never forget. I don't know the explanation for it, but it is distinctive.

This is always a fear with those who camp on a regular basis. I have experience a couple of close calls over the years.
My thoughts in this case fall to what amount out warning was given to the campers? This storm system was predicted and shown to be a long track system well before it got into Indiana. I truly hope the park staff was alerting the guests about the storm system and the predicted timing well before any local tornado or severe storms warnings came out. While I will never blame park staff for what happened or the decisions any guests made, I fully understand the feelings they will face the rest of their lives.

The property is in the area Dusty's deer was caught on camera and where sheds were found. With it being 80 acres of almost solid woods it could go either really low or pretty high. The timber will attract certain buyers and the game potential will attract others. I honestly see a timber investor buying it, logging it, then selling it again.

My wife was not able to send me the statements, but we spoke over the phone. Not to the penny, but near the dollar amount, these are some of the details. I live on the southside of Indianapolis (Homecroft). I have lived in this, three-bedroom, limestone ranch for 30 years. Basement, one car garage with attached 2-1/2 car carport. Roughly 1/2 acre lot. Built in 1950. We are the second owners. Last years assessed value increased from $172K to $198K, up 15.1%. Taxes increased from $2457 to $3030, up 23.3%. This year’s assessed value increased from $198K to $226K, up 14.1%. Taxes increased from $3030 to $3660, up 20.8%. I thought Indiana residential property taxes were capped at 1%? Yours seem closer to 1.6%

Thank you, Larry, for all you have done for the residents of Indiana, this forum, and especially the kids over your years of service. If this is the planned life change I know about, enjoy the flat land of your wife's native area.

I agree with the stump idea, but most of that just looks like a day of "hey y'all, watch this."

After finding out that blade fuses are half the size they used to be and my fat fingers just don't fit in there, one new 25 Amp tiny demon later, I have fully working lights.
I'm hoping my plug hit caused the short and the already installed new plug will prevent another issue. Spare fuses are in the glove box just in case.

I am having some issues with my trailer lights that I could use some help figuring out. I have tail lights, but not brake lights or turn signals. Now, this is on the camper, dump trailer, utility trailer, and enclosed trailer. The only one I didn't check was the boat trailer. Also, the brake lights and turn signals work just fine on the truck. I had misaligned hooking up the dump trailer a while back and hit my plug, so I assumed I had damaged it. After a plug and play replacement plug has been installed, I still have the same issue. Any clue? Might it be a ford? Yes

This…^^^ the fuse for auxiliary/Tow lights I believe there is a fuse for maker which is good… look for the Turn/brake auxiliaryTow fuse! The box maybe under the hood! Your owners manual will tell you what fuse and location.. According to the diagram I found, this fuse is number 34. I shall find out if it is the issue after work tomorrow.
