We are now a DOTCOM….Since most search engines take a look at dotcoms we decided that we needed to go that route. Also it is a LOT easier for someone to remember a DOTCOM address than… huntingindiana.proboards52.com/index.cgiSo our new front door is… hunting-indiana.com/As you can see we are in the “construction phase” of the front page. It is bare bones now with lots of improvements coming. So now when your buddies ask you about hunting websites for Indiana you can tell them to pull up… hunting-indiana.com OR… hunting DASH Indiana DOT com Don't forget the DASH between Hunting and Indiana or it will take them somewhere else. From there they can link to the HuntingIndiana forum.. Thanks, WW

Woody, so will proboards no longer be hosting the site? How long before the forums are up on the new one?
I still have a lot of problems getting on here. Many nights I can't. I have a new PC and same as before. I know it has to be related to my satellite ISP. I was hoping you were getting a new host.
Will all the old membership info be transferred or will we register?

HH,
Pro-Boards will still be hosting the forum site. No changes there at all.
The dotcom will just link to this site.
Sorry about your problem of getting on here.
I'll ask over at Pro-Board support to see if there is any help for you on that.

I am changing my ISP to www.wildblue.com in January. Living in the boonies has its inconviences. No DSL due to line quality, no cable, dial up is a snail-paced 19K so that only leaves satellite. It would be nice to know if there are any www.Starband.com users on here.

Excellent news Woody....... Yes, if you don't have the address bookmarked, it was insane to try and remember what it is. This should help in a lot of ways for membership!

Bookmarks? What are those?
I just open up my history and at the most have to go back 2 days before I find "HUNTING INDIANA". I make it a habit to hit the "home" page before I shut it down, so it's the top one in the list. Click on it and it opens. Probably faster than finding a bookmark! ;D

There has been several times when I was telling someone a story about something on this site and they asked me the web address. I told them I did not know it for sure. Now it will be easy to dirct people here.
