DING DING DING DING DING DING DING DING... Tell him what he's won Johnny!
When I was little, my dad would have on Sammy, I would have to go to bed after his opening thing. This of course led to many sleepless nights, thinking Sammy was in the closet. I got to stay up later and watch more, but that was right on the end of Sammy's reign of terror. I also grew up watching Cowboy Bob and Janie.

Bob Glaze, I assume from Indy. He has lived there for years... Janie was also a schoolteacher there, and as far as I know still is.

We use to what him on channel "4" Indianapolis when we lived in Washington, IN, during the '60's. His real name was Bob Carter and he had a Niece in Washington! His show aired on Saturday Evenings after the 10 pm news. Wonder what happen to "Creefur" (the monster), the "Rocking Chair", and "George" the Spider? Not to mention his sponser (Credit Furniture) <Thanks For The Memories!>

When I first saw Sammy in color, it kind of ruined the mystique. I kind of chuckled when I saw the dish pan gloves and the plastic skull pendant...
Truly fond memories of my first scary movies...

Sammy does a terrific commercial for a Dodge dealership in Indy... It only runs around Halloween, but it's excellent.... He also have a DVD out of haunted places in Indiana...very cool too. As long as we are talking old Indy TV......anyone remember Time for Timothy?
