I remember:
Slide rules Leave it to Beaver Dial telephones No seat belts in cars No computers Party line telephones 4 Digit phone numbers Needing a church key to open pop cans $0.25/gal gas Black & white TV & four channels 45 Records 8 Track tapes Penmanship class Three on the tree transmissions Push button Plymouths Blaze orange wasn't reqd. No Sunday hunting It was rare to see a deer or goose Lots of quail and pheasants Vacations in the station wagon Sting ray bicycles Hot wheels Electric football Slot cars
Wow ! I am getting old. Only 45, and usually act like a kid. Hope I got a bunch more birthdays left.

Those 50 and up, have you taken your physical? I've broke down at 52 and went for a complete physical (all AOK) and am getting ready to get my yearly. Figure the I'm paying the insurance and since it's covered might as well go get it.

I've already had mine , Shootsa , I didn't wait for 50 since I figured that being over 40 was close enough . So far all the doc is nagging me about is my lipids being too high and losing some weight . Yeah , I got the ol' rubber glove trick , but she has slim fingers and a talent that would do a hooker proud . Didn't feel a thing , but there's always next time ... ;D
