It's time to use up the last of my 2023 deer meat.
I bought some locally grown mild peppers, cucumbers, green onions and tomatoes and made stuffed peppers with cream cheese.
I cut the peppers open to look like a canoe cleaned them out then stuffed them with cream cheese and 1 pound of ground deer meat, that has been browned with some Southwest seasonings. I grilled the peppers till they were bubbling hot and the peppers were blackening.
The wife made a salad with the vegetables and her spur of the moment dressing.
This meal was an A+ in my book
