A lady friend asked if I had any tomatoes for the salad. No,...... Wait, yes I do. I have some cherry Sweet Million tomatoes that volunteered from last year. I picked maybe 2 pints by flashlight.

I picked 155 tomatoes from 8 plants this evening. Seven quarts are canning as I type. This is my best garden in years and with the early flooding rain and cold weather, I nearly tore it out completely and skipped this year! You never know, LOL.

Our cherry tomatoes are still producing like crazy. I'm taking these to work tomorrow to set out in the break room. We picked almost all of them tonight.

I picked two 5 gallon buckets of tomatoes last night before leaving for the prayer vigil. Daphne and her mom are going to get those canned this morning.
Our garden is essentially done. We will probably only have one more round of beans and one more round tomatoes.

A month ago I rtook out the cucumbers and replced with bush beans and zucchini. Should start picking in 2 weeks plus a day or so, if the weather cooperates.
My tomatoes did really well but are essentially done. Various chili peppers are doing pretty well. I'll make a fermented hot sauce and supply myself plus a couple folks at work for the year.

We saved some seeds from a honeydew melon and planted them behind the garage. We have quite a few melons growing. I picked the first one tonight and let my stepdaughter have it. She said it was amazing. It's our first time growing them. We are still getting a lot of cherry tomatoes every other day.

112 more tomatoes Friday evening. 30 from one plant! Best tomato crop I've had in years. AND, I wouldn't have given you $.35 for the whole garden around Memorial day! Everything looked horrible because of too much rain. I guess it's true that "it ain't how you started, it's how you finish", LOL.

Finally got done picking Indian corn this weekend. Little over 900 ears. Picking is easy pulling back the husk on each ear is what takes time.
