Just pulled them off and about forgot to take a pic of them done. One is cut up and there’s even a nice little smoke ring on the breast meat and man is it good and tender.

I’ve smoke a lot of fish in my big outdoor smoke, this is my first try on a pellet smoker. Any tips? Sturgeon and a couple silver salmon going in!

With trout, I just lay fillets on foil, then sprinkle with whatever rub I use on everything else, then cook till 140deg.
I cant speak for any other fish.

You wouldn't see that much smoke with the Z-Grill.

You wouldn't see that much smoke with the Z-Grill. I did cold smoke them for two hours before turning the heat on.

Made ground turkey burgers with no added fat/meat. Used a little bit of salt, pepper, dried chopped onion, dried parsley and a some Mrs. Dash. We put them on a toasted bun with fresh Avocado, tomato and lettuce. They were delicious no fatty greasy taste and they were tender. This was the meat I removed from the legs of my 2024 turkey and ground. No photo sorry.

Mothers Day… Lunch. 100 bluegill fillets gone. Never even got a pic. Ate them as fast as I cook them. Dinner was steak hoagies and jalapeño corn bread.

Yesterday bluegills for Mothers Day. Today wild turkey, rice, corn on cob and jalapeño corn bread. Tomorrow back to fishing to resupply for Father’s Day fry.
