These are crazy times. The way things are going I wouldn't be shocked if both Trump and Biden were out of the race and replaced by time the election rolls around. If it remains a Trump -vs- Biden repeat, I fear a rigged election and a Biden win. Really wish the parties would get behind some younger, more moderate, sensible candidates. That's what my fear is too. Did you see where the Texas DA went to vote and couldn't? Someone already had cast a vote in her name..... So, if that happens there, do you think it'd happen in all the highly Democratic run big cities? Say, oh take Chicago for instance. Sure, her vote got taken care of and she got to vote, but what if she didn't go and vote? How many times could that happen across the country? My buddy in Chicago during the last presidential election was told that since all the machines were full, here's a paper voting card, go to that table over there where the were 5 people sitting, fill out the card and hand it back in to us and when the machine is empty we will cast your vote for you. Nah, votes couldn't be changed that way, could they? He told them that he'd wait until the machine was open.

Even if the Texas DA got to vote about all she did was cancel out the other vote - IF they voted differently.

Even if the Texas DA got to vote about all she did was cancel out the other vote - IF they voted differently. . They probably voted the same - it was her "partner" that lived in the same house. But my point is that the poll worker was supposed to be checking ID's to ensure that the person was who they said they were. So, when someone tells me that there can't be any voter fraud because of the checks in the system, you know what my two word response is.

The protocol is only as good as the people applying it……The last few times I voted my ID was placed in a machine for verification.

Our small town voting system is VERY strict. The ladies take your ID, one of them looks at you and the ID, one scans it, and holds it while you sign, they look at you again, with skepticism, lol, then hand it back.
I have ALWAYS thought, how could there be any fraud when the system works like this? So, obviously it's not the case everywhere. Too bad it's not!

Not just giving a name and address like I did. I was waiting for her to ask for ID, but never did. And they say there was no voter fraud, amazing....SF Woody
