Hmmm..
The judge is a pretty smart cookie
Hunter thought he was getting a “ get out of jail free” card with the sweetheart deal. IOW - immunity from any other charges.
She knows that the DOJ can stonewall congressional over sight by just saying “it’s an ongoing investigation” and that door is shut. If they had told her there were no other investigations into Biden then that door would be wide open for congress. So the prosecutors saying there is an ongoing investigation implodes the sweetheart plea deal. It was a catch 23.

He isn't doing himself any favors imo when you deny a plea deal usually the whole book is going to get thrown

The more that comes out about the Biden family makes them look like a pretty serious crime family, akin to the mafia or a cartel. That judge could meet a mysterious end like Obama's chef?

And Trump was impeached because of a phone call asking Ukraine to look into the corruption. Congress needs to wipe that one off the books.

I think the Obama's chef deal is just a bunch of smoke, I don't see how or what there would be to gain from that. Just an unfortunate event that happened. It's not really an uncommon occurrence.

They got some lackey special counsel most likely offering him something in return. Any judge that hears the case is likely willing to end his career. Mickey mouse stuff it will be years in litigation that will go nowhere. Messing with the wrong person. Desperate stuff

Unfortunately this one is in DC and is overseen by a extreme left wing Obama appointed judge.
Im sure it’s pure coincidence that both of these indictments come one day after “bombshells” on Hunter and Joey.
This is the government that our fore fathers warned us against.

The truth of the matter is both sides of the aisle suck and we tolerate the side that best serves our beliefs while railing against the other.
What might really help are term limits and age limits.
Watching Mitch McConnell stand there the other day looking completely clueless and Diane Feinstein looking like a melting blob of pooh while her aid tried to explain to her that she needed to vote totally illustrates both.
Or we can just continue to sit back and argue about how lousy the other side is...

DC is foreign entity of the USA and needs to be removed. Not part of the USA. That's the 1st problem. Needs to go back to one of the States. Reverse the 1871 Act and return the USA back to a Republic. Term limits and the end of Federal Reserve and Departments. Only State taxes to support the military costs. No Feds tax. A lot to clean up.

I felt bad watching him stand there and have a seizure or a stroke on national TV, but this kind of thing shouldn't be happening.

No reason they shouldnt at least have some kind of coherence, competency, or cognitive tests. Should do it for everybody, then no chance of age discrimination.

Why would a max be any different?

Most any other job in the US that requires a certain level of responsibility retires you at a set age, elected officials should be no different. 70 Should be the limit, if you turn 70 while still under term, finish out your term, but nobody 70+ runs for office.
Guys like Mitch & Biden (with legitimately only a few good years left) should not be making long term decisions for the rest of the country.
Term limits and age limits would cure a lot of problems.
