Well, age and time are getting to me but I don't mind..."be proud of the gray in your hair" well by God I am..lol
Shoulder too messed up to shoot vertical bows with any consistency and definitely not able to put together good shooting sessions to ethically kill anything. Trad bow gets shot but don't have the time it takes to practice like I should so crossbow it is..
Ordered a Excalibur Wolverine 40th Anniversary model from Wyvern, should be here tomorrow. Wyvern is great to deal with, throws in alot of extra gear and no sales tax or shipping costs. I like to keep my local dealer in sales but that's hard to beat!
Excited for a new turn in my hunting as I get older. I'll post pics or have my buddy scrub post some when I get it dialed in. I have a flemish string on order from Boo in Canada. I won't get serious about the dial in until I get the new string. Here's to nearly 30 years of compounds and to a new adventure in crossbows!
