How do you keep track of your camera and stand locations? As I get older sometimes I forget where I put cameras. Lol. If someone wants to hunt a different stand it be nice to show them where it’s at more than try tell them. I’ve looked at some apps but they all want to charge a considerable fee for their app. I’m just wondering if anyone has a setup that might work.

You can purchase a enlarged laminated mapping of your property online also.

I use onx maps to mark everything while hunting and scouting. Plus stand and camera locations if needed. It’s around $30 a year so not too bad. Get my moneys worth for sure. Plus being able to see property boundaries on demand has really come in handy.

I use Hunt Stand app. Free version lets me map my stand, cameras, bedding, turkey roost, etc. locations. I can also map my blood trails, rub lines, track where I covered rabbit hunting.... It has a friend's feature on there as well. I have made friends with my hunting neighbors. A few of us share our maps. We can turn on the friend locator when we're hunting and see which stands each other is in. It has a nice moon guide, game movement times, wind cones, measurement tool, and weather as well.

Plus being able to see property boundaries on demand has really come in handy. I use onX for everything. Scouting, cameras, everything. You can even add pictures to camera locations. You can mark bedding areas, sightings, etc. they have little markers for everything. When my boy and I squirrel hunt and we jump a deer, I put a pin in. I have TBI from injuries I received in the service, so it really helps me keep track of it all too.
