A Fight with a Little Person

A man is in traffic court. The Judge says, "It says here you rear-ended a car driven by a dwarf, is that correct?" The man replies, "Yes, your honor, it was my fault." "Tell me what happened next" said the judge. The man replies, "Well the driver got out, looked at the damage, then looked at me and said he was NOT happy". "I see, what happened next" said the judge. I said to the driver, "OK, which one are you then?" That's when the fight broke out.
