I have a T/C pro hunter, 50cal, plus a few other rifle barrels for it. Would like to purchase a smokeless barrel for it. Anyone have a recommendations on where to get one? Size?

Call Dan DeWitt at Smokeless Muzzleloading Inc. 765-nine nine eight-7320, I forget the name of the town he is located in but North of Muncie, IN, IIRC. They have been building smokeless ML barrels for many years. I bought one for my Pro Hunter and it has been a great shooter.

Can get a standard 45/70 barrel and have threaded for breech plug. Would have to shoot 40cal bullets in a sabot, or buy a sizing die and size .452 cal bullets to fit the barrel. Examples would be 250/300gr sst/ftx or xtp bullets. Contact Hankins Custom Rifles. Jeff has a website and will answer the phone at the shop. He can set you up with anything you need, including complete custom barrels, although pricey, they are top of the line. He also has Hanks message boards, a smokeless mz forum. Those guys have advanced way beyond the average Joe Hunter tho. Still good info. The best in the business.
