I got enough DOVES to have several helpings for my wife and I to enjoy.
Tonight we had Morning Dove wrapped in bacon smothered in sweet BBQ sauce then grilled to PINK AND LITTLE BLOODY. I also made Lake Michigan Lake Trout covered in my secret marinade, buried in Italian bread crumbs then baked in the oven.
The Wife sauteed wild HONEY mushrooms and also made poached eggs nested in fresh wilted spinach.
Washed this all down with fresh OJ for me and wine for the wife.
The mushrooms and doves are from our property, the Lake Trout is from one of our fishing trips and the eggs are from our neighbors chickens.
Life is good!

The Doves are at 12:00 the HONEY Mushrooms are at 3:00. The Lake Trout is at 5:00 and the poached eggs are at 9:00.
