David asked me what the demensions of my shipping container is. I told him. He sent another email stating that he is working on something with tenpoint for me. I truly think David is trying to work with me here. We shall see. David will treat you right.. He is one of TenPoint's biggest sellers. No doub the is on the line with TenPoint on this problem.

I heard back David. He's going to email me a FedEx label Monday but, I'll still have to pay for it. Once he gets it,..."tenpoint is going to see what they can do with me to get you set…"
He said he spoke to tenpoint and they told him they had had heard about this on Facebook. (I'm not on Facebook so it wasn't me that posted anything) and they are essentially saying that the malfunction was caused by me. I disagree. I know what I did and I know for a fact that the claw was positioned correctly on the string. But, knowing and proving is two different things. Especially when you're going up against experts.
Oh well. Lesson learned I guess.

End of the day, I just look forward to getting it back. Hopefully David can get it fixed for me.

Sounds like David is trying to make it right and 10 point is being difficult. I have always heard good things about their customer service. Maybe things have changed with them. I hope you get it sorted out before the bucks start crusing.

Oh well. Lesson learned I guess. Then likely they do not have the correct story, but of a similar story of someone on FB with a similar issue. If they base their decision on whether to honor the warranty or not on anything except YOUR story and the physical evidence, then they should be called on the carpet for it.

Dave has the crossbow and he said he's waiting on parts.
I'm still curious on how this will all play out. Again, I don't have Facebook and I know the friend that was here shooting bows with me didn't take or post any photos on Facebook.
As far as honoring the warranty, I would assume Dave would do his part since he did tell me to get into the acudraw.

I got an update from Dave this afternoon. He's waiting on a new crank and expecting it any day now. They replaced the entire acudraw and scope.
I'll still have pay the shipping (just one way, he pays for the return) but, that's it. And in accordance with the original warranty, that's my obligation anyhow.

I received my crossbow back in the mail today. I got it zeroed in our to 40 yards without any issues.
