I am in need of a 24x24 pole barn in Franklin county. I am looking for any recommendations one might have. Posts need to be deep and prefer a thick concrete pad.

I had one built by Gossman (Madison-812-265-5290), they did an all right job. Only hiccup was the sub they hired for the door but they did make it right after I contacted them. New Marion Sales (Holton-812-689-6276) has built a couple for friends of mine and they were very happy.

I used Tree City Metal in Greensburg back in 2018. 812-663-4863 50 West County Road 6550 N, Greensburg, IN 47240. I poured my concrete floor, but I know they can do that part if required. My son is a concrete guy so it was a lot cheaper using my son and his friends. Contacting the company is the toughest part. I stopped by and that was the best way. All the vertical posts are 4 x 6 pressure treaded and the horizontal wrapping are 2 x 4's. Most use 1 x 3's.

What was the $cost in 2018 ? I think it was around $15k. It seems I remember total was around $21k. I spent $3.5K for gravel and concrete and another $2-3k with loft and insulation. Barn is 24x40x12. The Amish built it in 4 days.

24 x 24 Is a pretty standard garage size. Might be able to build it like a conventional stud wall garage cheaper than pole building?
