I have a friend I have hunted with the past several years. He recently had a stroke and is in the process of recovery. His left side is not very good and will need assistance getting into the woods.
We are on private property and have access to a 4 wheeler for transport. We have ground blinds available to hunt out of but think there maybe issues getting in and out of them. My question has to do with hunting from a 4 wheeler. Is it legal to hunt from a 4 wheeler with a disability?
We maybe able to park the 4 wheeler and pull a ground blind over the 4 wheeler while hunting. Is that legal to do with a disability?
Appreciate the assistance.

A person needing to hunt from a stationary motorized conveyance can contact the Division of Fish and Wildlife and obtain such a permit. They can be contacted through the Division of Fish and Wildlife website at www.in.gov/dnr/fish-and-wildlife/
