If when harvesting silage something breaks down and 4 rows get flattened instead of chopped and put in the trailer. Ears, stalks and all just flattened. 4 rows the length of the field. I know the farmer would not waste that much except if something broke down. Is that legal to hunt in that field.

Equipment breaking down is part of the normal agricultural process. Our officers have a lot of discretion in these circumstances. Without something more, it would be difficult to categorize this as baiting.
