Anybody seen any cut yet? Corn sure looks to be ready around me but I haven't seen any yet. I'm almost kinda glad that it's not on the 1st anymore...just hard to stay off the doves till after the geese...

I'm in Marshall County, haven't seen any silage cut yet, but it seems like they always start right about Labor day weekend.

Weather stays like this they will be harvesting corn in few weeks here. Ears have dropped lots of stalks almost all brown.

Saw them cutting silage in Gibson County on 8/31. When I get back from vacation, I'm gonna make contact with the land owner in hopes of knocking some birds down.

Called my farmer before the 1st to see if doves were in his silage...not cutting it for another week or two. Should be good for lake monroe residents....I hope so anyways

Looked this morning on my way down to squirrel hunt. Field was infested with geese. Now I can only hope they stay till sat.
