Looks good. Nice looking fry on those squirrels. You must've done that a time or two. Can't be easier than the deep fryer! Only young squirrels are sent to the fryer. Quartered squirrel floats when done, but you have to take them out just as soon as they float or they get overcooked pretty quick and become tougher. |
