Some serious BLACK ICE on the drive into work this morning. Several spin outs from unsuspecting drivers. I saw the sheen on the road in my headlights right away and backed her down. The wind blowing snow across the roads in the open areas was the telltale clue to look hard. Hello mother nature.

Lake effect flurries here, but the wind is brutal. I can see a neighbors flag and it is standing straight out from the flagpole. Thermometer was saying 22°F and I can't imagine how cold it'd be in a tree stand now.
Weather like this makes me think about how nice an enclosed box blind would be......

It's even nicer when it's carpeted with a padded swivel barstool sliding windows and a heater.  |
