You wanted to know what I have been cooking.
I made Pheasant breasts and legs in a crockpot with mushroom soup, baby carrots, onion and a variety of seasonings.
We put this on a fluffy mash potatoes and toasted some bread to sponge up the gravy.

Ok Featherduster it’s race weekend and I know you got a meal fit for a king so let’s see what your having race day I am taking the easy way out on Sunday by making my favorite Shake/Bake BBQ chicken drumsticks along with cole slaw and deviled egg potato salad. HOWEVER... this evening my wife made a shrimp FRITATTA for our super. She combined eggs, tomatoes, onions, shrimp, Portabella mushrooms and ricotta cheese. We also had Various filled Pierogis sauteed in onions, butter, and even more mushrooms also toasted bread with fresh OJ.

Keep that up and you're going to need a bigger jon boat. LOL I like to buy those Supreme take/bake pizzas from Wal-Mart then add sausage, olives, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, peppers, and a bunch of cheese.
