Since we are under this snow advisory and I can't go anywhere I thought I would get caught up on some kitchen duties.
Started out by cutting 2" thick cuts out of a 12 pound boneless pork loin then vaccume sealing them for later use.
I then broke out the meat grinder and ground up the meat from a goose that I shot yesterday, then I mixed it with an equal amount of Italian sausage that my wife spiced up with a few additives. I made 8 nice size patties which I fried and then vaccumed sealed for later use THE GOOSE SAUSAGE IS EXCELLENT!
Next I fried up some ground deer meat and my wife added her spices we created deer tacos for our supper this evening.
Then next but not least I made a Cherry Pie for dessert.

Why do you fry the goose sausage first? Does the raw sausage crush when vac sealing? It all looks great by the way.

Thick cut pork loin, NOTHING beats this on a grill. I'd take a thick cut Ribeye or Prime Rib over the pork.......
