I bought 2 stands last year on clearance than sold them for a nice profit in August. May do same thing this year. Helped me upgrade my boat's trolling motor

One blind left at a local Walmart. $74 down to $51. I wanted the one size bigger, but gone. I may swing by and grab it still as it's fine for one guy. ALL mine are junk, so starting over from scratch. Been thinking about it, and since I need a couple, gotta go the cheaper route than the Double Bull that was discussed previously.

I’ve used big ones and small ones .... I’d rather carry in a chair and sit in front of a wide tree than spend hours in the small ones lol

I only use them for crappy weather or to keep juniors movement down, but that has gotten a lot better lately. I've tried sitting el natural for turkeys and they played me like a fool, so back to the blind I went.

I just bought a pair of bass pro shop 2000g rubber hunting boots. $40 off on clearance.$89.xx
My old pair is so old the rubber is disintegrating and dry rotted. I bought the boots in Fort Wayne. Thinking 1988.

I did finally find and pick up the Silent Brickhouse blind for $71 today at Walmart. Great deal. The way Daphne keeps carrying on, I foresee a few more ground blinds and a few less deer stands. That silent brick house is just what I'd be looking for.

I did finally find and pick up the Silent Brickhouse blind for $71 today at Walmart. Is that a 2 or 3 man blind? The Brickhouse says 3 person and a 58"x58" print. The Caretaker says 2 person and 50"x50". I had a Doghouse and a cheaper imitation Doghouse. They lasted for years and were fine for 2 of us.

I also have a Gunner 1 man. Basically a chair blind. I used it a few times, but you have to have it pointed exactly where you will be shooting.
I am really enjoying blind hunting. I can sit for hours on end in a cozy bag chair. Much easier on the back, butt, and knees.

For deer, I'd rather leave them out all season but, for turkey, I don't mind setting them up as I need. I usually don't blind hunt turkeys unless I don't have adequate cover (like behind my house), rainy days or Daphne comes with. I love to run and gun them. But, after my surgery, those days may be over.
