Was wanting to hear everyone's favorite ways to make dove. I know a lot of people do the jalepeno poppers but was wondering if anyone does anything different.
I don't really do the poppers anymore. Got tired of them. I have done an orange dove (basically like orange chicken) recipe before that turned out good.
My favorite way to do them is to pluck the bird and leave it whole with the skin on. I then put olive oil on the outside of the bird and season it with cajun seasoning. I thn throw it on the grill until it is about medium. Pull off, let it rest for a few minutes, and enjoy. The skin gets nice and crispy and the cajun seasoning is so good with the meat.

Breast it out. Marinate in Teriyaki sauce for a few hours. Wrap in bacon, throw on BBQ.

I usually marinate in Italian dressing then grill. Bacon wrapped makes everything taste better! 😎
