This past Wednesday and Thursday me, Schall53, my son and 3 other friends who have never fished on any of the great lakes or for Walleye got together on Lake Erie with our good friend Captain Bob Hayner aboard the EAGLE EYE. We fished out of Port Clinton around the West side of Put-Bay Island, we had 2 days of perfect blue skies 35 degrees at 6:00 am and 60's by noon. The first day the wind was out of the North and there were 4+foot waves till afternoon when the wind switched to the Southwest, fishing was good but a lot slower then what we are use to. Day two: clear and sunny 35 low 75 high 1 foot or less waves out of the Southwest, fishing was a lot closer to what we are use to because we were done by 9:30 with 42. The total for 2 days was 213 pounds at the cleaners.
We enjoyed our catch of the day at a local restaurant and once again enjoyed ourselves.
Photos attached.

It was a pleasure fishing with you as always.

Awesome fellas!!! I hear the bite is on big time right now. Wish we could go back.
Same planer board we used. Pretty slick setup and a real sight to see it in use!
