It’ll fit much better in that kayak. And if you got one where did you get it? .410s are pretty rare to get right now. Yes. 1100 sportsman, but... Killed my bird this year with a 20 at about ten steps. Bird dropped and flopped once. He had a buddy with him and got him all calmed down and he went back up to the top of the hill and continued gobbling. Had a buddy with me so as my turkey didn't move an inch I quick met up with him and started working his buddy. We had him about 70 yards but he wasn't coming any closer. Told my buddy to wait there and I'd walk away while calling. Decided to go over and check my bird out as it was only about 100 yards away. Mind you it's been an hour and he hasn't moved an inch. As soon as I get to him I go to flip him over and he blinks. He then proceeds to flop all the way down the hill, neck broke but still very much alive. I ended up having to break it's neck. That killed me that he layed there for an hour not dead. So long story short, as of now, I'm going to build my 11-87 20ga into my main turkey gun but switch up to a turkey plex scope, scratch the red dot and change up to tss 9's. Nothing eats me up worse than an animals suffering and just not ready to go the .410 route. It'll be a safe queen for the time being.
