It is an illness of sorts. Once you have the fever it is all over.
Up too early in weather most stay in bed. Over pay for plastic ducks, kazoo, waders that last 3.67 hunts before they leak. Drive 879 miles scouting. Man I miss waterfowl hunting

You mean to tell me it is not normal to do what my son and I done Sunday morning? We were on the water (part that wasn't frozen 2 hours before sunrise), it was single digit weather. We broke ice for a half mile with the boat to some other open water, set decoys, stood all morning in knee deep water as the wind pounded us off the point we were on. Then had to pick up all the decoys. Yes they were wet and covered in ice, then bust ice on our path back. We are waterfowl hunters. It is priceless.

Hey guys. It is my story and I will tell it how I want. I don't have to tell anyone after all that we went through we didn't get a single bird because they all went to the other end that we started on before we busted ice. Lol Try it this weekend again for the season finale on dark geese.
