New in Montgomery County

Hey everyone. New to Indiana hunting. I previously went hunting when I was living in Wisconsin and loved every minute of it. I didn’t grow up hunting at all (parents never supported it) so what I’ve picked up has pretty much been personal research and trial and error. I’ll be hunting public land when I go. I hunted public land when I lived in Wisconsin so I understand the challenges that come along with it. I’m doing a little small game hunting when I can and that’s it for this year. Next year I’ll be small game hunting as well as waterfowl and deer. I’m hoping to learn from those who have been hunting their whole life so I may be successful in the field and can pass the tradition along to my son (who is currently 1 and watches the outdoor channel with me) and my daughter (6, loves her bow and her BB gun). I’m looking forward to the fun and memories that come with it. Thanks for letting me join.
