Woodmaster turned me on to this. An ozone generator and a tote for my clothes. I’m killing my body odors between hunts without constantly washing my hunting clothes. It operates on 110 AC but you can get a DC to AC converter to work in your vehicle. I’m running it for an hour plugged in at home and Thursday morning I’ll run it a half hour on my way to go hunt. My 4Runner has a 12 volt receptacle in the back so that makes it easy. www.amazon.com/WSTA-Generator-Sterilizer-Vegetable-Sterilization/dp/B078H8PMFX

I really think that all the scent hiding stuff is kinda useless and I’ll tell ya why. I’ve watched deer pick up my scent on the trail and not one of em bolted in fear or anything, they were more curious than anything. Actually had three does come right to the tree I was in wondering what I was. One instance my dad and I were slowly walking about 40 yards apart through the woods following deer trails when I look ahead and seen a spike buck coming at me on the same trail, I stopped and waited to see what he would do. He kept walking right to me and stopped to sniff me then went around me and on his way. I know it’s hard to believe but it happened. They say a Dog’s nose is a million times better than a human’s and a deer’s nose is a million times better than a dog’s so I think no matter what you do they know your around there somewhere they’re just used to smelling humans. I’ll walk out my front door which is about a hundred yards from where my dog is and within 30 seconds he’s barking cause he can tell I’m outside. Just my experiences and opinion.

The younger the Deer the dumber they are ... the older the deer the smarter they have become.
Anything that helps out smart a mature deer is a plus IMO!

But the ozone has been a game changer. I do my clothes, before every hunt, and I run a ozonics unit in tree. Really helps if wind, is changing on you in stand. I've have more mature bucks downwind, they know something isn't right, but they don't blow out. Casually go on there route.

Only issue I’ve heard is it tends to wear out elastic over a few years.

Only issue I’ve heard is it tends to wear out elastic over a few years. Yeah I'm careful what sitka and if my boats get it a ton. Rubber doesn't like it over time. My boots get zeolite and carbon powder tote shake treatments often instead. Ozone every now and then.

Ive been meaning to do this for a while, the ozone unit has been sitting in my amazon wish list for 2 years now. Youve motivated me. The silicone is setting up now. Forgot to bring velcro with me to mount the unit to the tote. Ive been using one of the cigarette lighter units attached to an extension cable.
