I didnt realize there was a national crossbow bolt shortage along with ammo. After exploring a few different options including ordering alpha nocks and non ten point brand bolts with correct inner diameter, I ordered aluminum wicked ridge bolts for this year. I was unclear if the alpha nocks on amazon included the inserts and tenpoint is advertising 4 weeks to ship. Every other ten point bolt is out of stock or inflated prices on amazon. I was at Honey Creek Tackle a 2 or 3 weeks ago and overheard the guy at the archery counter say they were out of crossbow arrows. I looked around and not only were they out of crossbow arrows, they had very few regular arrows. |

Thats OK as I d have a dozen or so Pro Elites that shoot just fine. Just looking to upgrade a bit. |

I was at the gun store/archery shop today for some powder and didnt think to look.
I got 6 aluminum wicked ridge bolts from amazon. Ive shot 3 so far and sighted it in to 40 with broadheads. Ill save the other 3 till needed.
