I know this won't get 5 stars from the featherduster culinary arts school, But it's pretty quick and easy! Better yet, it would work for all of the Upland birds! During a bit of freezer reorganization recently, I found a few packs of chukar breasts from a late winter bird hunt. I started wondering about what I could cook with this and happened upon the idea somewhat related to Arozz con pollo (rice and chicken) which is one of my favorite Mexican dishes. Not much to the recipe, really. We marinated the breast in buttermilk overnight and then cut into strips and fried in olive oil. Made some Mexican rice (store bought from Meijer). Added some queso cheese dip (also from Meijer in a jar). Topped with some sour cream and Whalah!!!

Cotton: with that recipe you might survive a round of chopped. BTW that does look good and I am proud of you for not smearing CHEEZ WHIZ all over it.
