I tried some squirrel made with regular shake n bake for the standard 45 minutes like chicken and it was pretty good. It could have stood a few more minutes I think,like maybe 50 or even 55 because the back and hind legs were still just a tad pink inside but they weren't bloody. I still prefer fried but the Mrs. liked the Shake n Bake better,guess it's just a matter of taste.
