With these cool temperatures I thought it would be a good day to slow cook last years pheasant legs.
INGREDIENTS:
The legs from 4 pheasants
A can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of cream of onion soup.
A bag of petite baby carrots
1 onion chopped
A handful of fresh Dill ( I love Dill ).
A pound of mushroom Dumplings
A pound of fresh mushrooms chopped.
Slow cook all day long...........

Here ya go sculver7 toss in some cranberry sauce and biscuits and you got a culinary delight. That looks awesome. I can almost taste it through the screen. My wife just made a bunch of concord grape jam that would've gone perfect with those biscuits.
