Just wanted to brag quickly. A couple nights ago, my wife made tacos using 2 Lbs.. of ground venison. Tonight, we`re having the leftovers, and she`s having tacos again, and I`m making a taco salad. I thought about taking pictures the other night, but didn`t. Nevertheless, even though no photo`s, just wanted to say how wonderful the taco meat is made from ground venison from good ol` Hoosier white-tail deer.

Nevertheless, even though no photo`s, just wanted to say how wonderful the taco meat is made from ground venison from good ol` Hoosier white-tail deer. That's our mainstay, venison tacos. We have them once a week, as well as enchiladas. Doesnt take anything fancy, and easy to dress up any way you like. Just gotta be creative since it's easy to burn out on. |
