I'm a pretty simple guy but I like to just lightly pound some flour with salt & pepper into 3/4" thick pieces and fry 'em. Gravy is good too.

Just cooked my last two backstraps last weekend while at the camper. Sure don’t let very long around there.

Next weekend the 22nd I'm smoking 3 ribs and brewing two beers. 5 gallons of an IPA and 10 gallons of a brown porter. Can't wait. I'll take some pictures. I'm like some and always forget. Using cherry and pecan wood. Doing the traditional 321 method.
