GARLIC,GARLIC,GARLIC.
First I am roasting new yellow potatoes bathed in olive oil and garlic then I will add asparagus and Lake Michigan King Salmon smothered in melted butter and fresh minced garlic.
I will also cover the asparagus with Panko crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

This is with out a doubt the best Salmon recipe I have ever made. I would give this recipe a 153 out of a possible 100. For those of you who say you don't care for salmon you will love this dish.

Looks good but idk I’ve just never had any that I’ve cared for other than smoked. When I fished for them or steely I gave them away

I like it this way..
Fire Cracker Salmon
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar ¼ cup chili sauce (I use Heinz) ¼ cup packed brown sugar 3 cloves of minced garlic (I use the garlic that is already minced, ½ teaspoon equals 1 clove of garlic) ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine all of the above ingredients in a bowl. This recipe will baste 4 salmon steaks. I buy the salmon at Sam’s in the freezer section. There are 7 to 8 steaks to a bag.
Grill salmon and baste with above sauce after the salmon is almost done..
You might want to tone back the cayenne pepper if you do not like your food to be very “spicy”.
I buy pre-marinated Bourbon Salmon at Fresh Market that is also very excellent.

Looks fabulous! We like those simple recipes that aren't a burden to make. If I show this to my wife, she will be on your doorstep with a plate, or at least sending me out for some. Fish is her fav!

I think the key to making the taste good is get rid of the skin. Cook salmon to at least 146 degrees.

Oh man! That looks awesome! Gonna head to my buddy’s in a few weeks. He’s gonna want to try this on his Pit Boss! What temp was the oven? Best guess on time to get up to proper temp?

No skin on my salmon.
I’ve never used a meat thermometer on salmo. Only on chicken, beef and pork.
I cook the Bourbon Salmon in my Air Fryer for just 8 minutes flipping at 4 minutes at 390 degrees. It’s perfect.

First you cook the new potatoes or cut up yellow potatoes at 400 degrees for about 12-15 mins. Then add SKINLESS salmon and asparagus and cook at 400 degrees till salmon temp gets to 140 degrees then move pan to top rack and broil for about 4 mins.

Hmmmm.... Since I now have to go to shopping tomorrow morning I will see about picking some up. (Doing housecleaning and I put the rugs that were in the bathroom in the wash machine. When they were done I pulled out clean quintuple double handfuls of a bazillion 1.5" rug fibers and white rubberized backing from the wash machine). The now clean rug pieces are in the trash.....
