I’ve posted the issues and resolution concerning my Kimber Rapide 10mm in the Firearms Forum. I’ve had the “repaired at their expense” gun back from their shop for over 2 weeks now. I figured I would just post a quick note here. Today I received a phone call from Joe, the Kimber Cust Svce Rep that has been helping me. He called just to see how the gun was performing. And was I happy with the service. I told him, “I couldn’t be happier! Over 300 rounds of various ammo and not one single hiccup! I mean, this dude is eatin’ ammo like a hungry pig at the slop trough!”
He seemed to get a kick out of my comment. And I told him that even though I’ve never had any previous dealings with Kimber, I’m more than happy with how he has taken care of me! In a world of so much craziness and negativity, I just felt like posting a very positive note on the day!
