They could keep season open all year in Indiana and still kill same numbers... You think LaPorte Co will ever get more than 10 ducks at a time? 1st duck I killed was a jump shoot off a horse pasture pond near Hudson Lake. The pond was surrounded with buck brush aka button bush and when the ducks lit off I bet there were 250 green heads. Shot 1st one and hooked ever since. 1st Honker was in a field next to Oprah's old farm. The marsh there was awesome and the ducks were never ending...so we thought. Not sure what's up but it ain't the waterfowl population. Goose pond pulls a good bit but it should be better than it is |

Best just leave them calls in the truck. |
