Got some bluegills and walleyes thawing out for the fryer today. Maybe some turkey breast brined in pickle juice for tomorrow. Got a freezer full of good stuff.

Caught some crappie, saugeye, and bluegill yesterday. Fried it up last night. Probably grill out and have some of the 2.5lbs of asparagus i picked yesterday.

Tomorrow, fresh fish from today with homemade fries. It's a Sunday tradition mid-march through June.
Tip of the day: Make aioli with Hellmans and sriochi. Great dip for fish and the fries.

Blackening seasoning in air fryer some Lake Erie Walleye for lunch. Deer meatloaf for supper. Wild Sunday eating.

Grilled some deer steaks and inner loins Friday along with some chicken thighs. Today I'm making some smoked queso, pork chops, and brats. All done on my Traeger

I can't just sit here and not give you guys a run for your money.
I wrapped 1 pheasant breast filleted from the bone in bacon along with 5 dove breasts, these were cooked on the grill with some BBQ sauce brushed on them. At the same time I wilted a pan full of fresh baby spinach with fresh green onions that I separated it into 4 nests, I dropped a farm fresh brown egg in each nest and covered it with smoked goat cheese and cooked the eggs till poached.
In the oven I oven broiled some fresh Michigan asparagus with some cherry tomatoes and covered them with the remaining bacon. We washed this down with fresh Orange juice and coffee.

Fried up some venison tenderloins and mushrooms last night, then made gravy from the drippings. That is one of Luke and my favorites.
Wife cant eat mushrooms, and doesnt like deer steak, only burger. So she ate her favorite, a chicken sammich from Chick Fil A.
