What’s everyone do for cooking these tough cuts? Bake broil parboiled smoked grilled? What do you do... I did this.......

Crock-pot cooker, can of cream of mushroom soup, baby carrots, sliced taters, slow cook for hours till tender.

I use a HotLogic. Throw some chicken broth in there, some fresh carrots, taters and cauliflower. Sage and some other poultry seasoning on the thigh and leg. Well, actually I couldn't fit both in there at the same time, so it was 2 different days. Still have the other thigh and leg to cook.
