O.K., what did you use for stuffing, what temp did you cook it at and for how long?
Going to throw some ribs on the smoker tomorrow.

It looked like a soccer ball. Lol.
Curious as to the cook time as well. I didnt put a temp probe in the half cabbage to see where it gets too. Curious where the meat temp finishes.
I will try something like this soon as well. Thanks for sharing.

This ranks up there with the best things I have ever cooked! I’ve seen another one done like that on another site they filled it with jerk chicken Instead of beef lt also looked very tasty Looks good

O.K., what did you use for stuffing, what temp did you cook it at and for how long? Going to throw some ribs on the smoker tomorrow. I used ground beef and pork sausage, took the casing off three johnsonville brats mixed with some leftover rice. I also added one diced jalapeño and cheese mixed every thing together and packed into cabbage. For the bacon on top I made a quick weave and laid on top of cabbage. Set smoker temperature at 300 degrees for around 5 hours basting with butter and some barbecue sauce. the top took the longest to cook, pulled out when a wooden skewer would slide easily in top with no resistance.
