Going to make a favorite today: Homemade Breaded Tenderloins.
Tenderloin is a misnomer for me, I don`t use pork tenderloin at all, just slice off a couple 3/4" thick pieces from a pork loin, pound them out, and put them through a 3-stage breading station: seasoned flour, then an egg-milk wash, then into a breadcrumb-Parmesan cheese mixture. Fry them until golden brown and top with your favorite toppings, and no need to head out to a restaurant.
How do you guys make yours? What breading do you use? Do you actually use pork tenderloin?
However you make them, just make them!

1/2"-3/4" thick venison loin, Dip in a dry fish breading mix in a ziploc bag. Fry in olive oil for about 2 min on one side, flip and fry for another minute or so. If the timing is right, it's still pink in the center.

I actually have some deer meat out to make some for dinner tonight. Pound them out, then dip in an egg wash, tonight I’m using crumbled up saltine crackers as the breading, then cooking in butter in a cast iron skillet.

Same here except I have a hand crank cuber I run them through when butchering and vac seal in packs of 6. Delicious!

Mom would always "bread" pork chops in ground up Kellogg Cornflakes Crumbs. I still do, but add powdered garlic to the mix or Lavenders Greek Seasoning.

I like this stuff just a touch of heat and not a thick breading

What was left of them while I was trying to finish cooking the last batch.
